You’re reading it. Six regions, every resort, the verified directories, all 49 listings with sources attached, the buyer’s guide, the journal. Nothing on this site that is already public will ever move behind a paywall.
The live feed. Every Saturday we re-verify each listing against its bank — what appeared, what sold, what went 商談中, what quietly vanished. Members get the changelog and the digest the moment it’s approved, then subsidy windows and quota alerts as the dossiers land. Weekly in season, fortnightly off-season — stated plainly, kept plainly.
Founding-list members get first access and the founding rate when billing opens — and the annual fee credits in full against a first Desk engagement.
Hands on the ground: introductions to the banks and licensed agents, interpretation through viewings and negotiation, builders and architects for renovation, subsidy paperwork support, post-purchase setup. Fixed written quote before any work; limited concurrent engagements, honestly.
Honesty notes, because they matter more on a pricing page than anywhere: we cannot show listing photos until the municipalities grant permission — every bank prohibits reproduction, and we don’t steal. Many relocation subsidies carry residency or age conditions and some are effectively closed to non-resident foreigners — the Radar’s job is telling you which you can actually get, not listing what exists. The Desk coordinates and interprets; licensed professionals conduct transactions and filings.
A few sentences is enough. We reply with a short scoping call or a straight no — and a fixed written quote before any work begins. 50% deposit to start, the rest on completion.
